We want you to love your Paper Source finds, which is why we offer returns on most unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized stationery, custom stamps, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Locate your order number and visit our online returns portal to print a prepaid shipping label or find your nearest store location.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate paper goods are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring your items and receipt directly to a Paper Source shop.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
